My interest in Marilyns began... after the Munros and nearing the end of my Corbett round. I was already halfway to my Graham completion and it seemed like the next step to keep bagging. My wife got me the RHB book and I started bagging new lists.
My favourite Marilyns are... too many to mention, mostly on the west coast of Scotland with craggy ridges, e.g. The Saddle, Ben Aden, Slat Bheinn and Seana Mheallan. They all have great memories for me.
My least favourite Marilyns are... none really. They have all got their own story, some are just better than others.
Do I keep Marilyn bagging a secret? No, most people who know me know I am a keen hill walker, my family all know I am a Marilyn bagger.
