Very little movement in 2010, but the bagging was distant - in Ullapool, Dumfries, Ardgour, Dundonnell and Strathconon, where I saw, loping along the north bank of the River Meig, a dark-coloured feline; not big enough, I think, to be an escaped lynx or bobcat, more likely a native or hybrid wildcat, but if so a real big 'un. Anyway, I've passed the halfway point of 777 and now, at 50.06% of the amended total of 1554, it's over the top and downhill all the way.
