Gerry Cummins (+35=670)

Definitely a bad year. It saw the end of my football career due to a snapped Achilles tendon at the beginning of March. This led to an enforced sabbatical and rehabilitation, and a consequent paucity of Marilyns for the rest of the year. Most of the ones I did climb were Grahams, and I now have only 58 left to do - a target for 2010? I did have a couple of highlights from my annus horribilis. A fantastic day on Beinn nan Ramh above Loch Fannich, with an amazing aura of space and solitude, was well worth the effort on the bike. And a clear, autumn day on Beinn Ghobhlach gave a stunning panorama of the north-west coastline.
