Baglogs: Corridor of Obscurity:

Baglog: Neil Stewart (+23=551)

Although by my standards I climbed a lot of hills last year, many of them were repeats. I finally got myself a digital camera and I want to revisit as many hills as possible to record their ascents, so that I can better enjoy the memories at my PC when I am too decrepit to physically get out and climb them. Best view of the year from a new Marilyn was looking down and along the fjord-like Loch Eck from Beinn Ruadh (19C) on a glorious October day. An unexpected addition to my list was Creag Loisgte (15A), climbed while attending an MBA work party at a new bothy at Duag Bridge. I doubt if this rough moorland hill would ever have been included in my Marilyn tally if I hadn't been in the area for a different reason. I also took advantage of an MBA meeting to climb The Cheviot (from Auchope in Scotland); an entirely new area for me.
